Prior to any property within Town limits going to settlement, a final water reading must be requested.  Final reads are normally performed on the last business day before closing. A final water bill will be generated and emailed to the settlement company who made the request.  There is a $30 administrative fee.

After a property goes to settlement and a final water bill has been paid, a Town Release may be requested.  Under no circumstances will a Town Release be granted before a final water bill has been generated and paid in full. Use the form below to request a Town lien release.
