Compliments & Complaints
The Hampstead Police Department is committed to providing our community with professional service, protecting and serving with integrity, and embracing the human and civil rights of the residents and businesses of the Town of Hampstead. We welcome your feedback and input on your interactions with our personnel.
If you would like to recognize a member who has exceptionally performed their duties and, in doing so, reflects highly on the Department, please take a moment and tell us about it. Compliments from our community let us know we are achieving our mission of integrity, community, and service. Positive feedback also improves morale and helps recognize those who go above and beyond.
Complaints remain critical to our ability to ensure we are providing quality police services. Employees must be held accountable for violations of its policies and applicable laws. Help us conduct a thorough, accurate investigation by providing as much information as possible. Anyone making a complaint must give a name, mailing address, phone number, or email if they wish to receive notifications.
