The Hampstead Town Council will hold a closed session at Town Hall, 1034 S. Carroll Street, Hampstead, on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, immediately following the regular Town Council Meeting at 7:30 p.m.

At the conclusion of the regular meeting, the Council is expected to vote to enter a closed session, as allowed by STATUTORY AUTHORITY TO CLOSE SESSION, GENERAL PROVISIONS ARTICLE 3-305(b)(l): To discuss the appointment, employment, assignment, promotion, discipline, demotion, compensation, removal, resignation, or performance evaluation of appointees, employees, or officials over whom this public body has jurisdiction; or any other personnel matter that affects one or more specific individuals.

The Council will go into open session at 7:00 PM, at which time it is expected that the Council will vote to hold a closed meeting, as allowed by STATUTORY AUTHORITY TO CLOSE SESSION, GENERAL PROVISIONS ARTICLE 3-305(b)(l): To discuss the appointment, employment, assignment, promotion, discipline, demotion, compensation, removal, resignation, or performance evaluation of appointees, employees, or officials over whom this public body has jurisdiction; or any other personnel matter that affects one or more specific individuals.

The regular meeting will commence after the closed meeting.
