The Hampstead Farmers' Market started in 2010 and is a cooperative effort of the Town of Hampstead, The Hampstead Volunteer Fire Department, and several dedicated volunteers. The Market is open seasonally from June through September on Saturdays, 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at the Panther Plex, located at 1400 Panther Drive.
The Hampstead Train Station Committee, Inc. will be sponsoring free “Music in the Park” concerts the second and fourth Saturday in June, July, August and September (second Saturday only) at the War Memorial Park. Music will be performed from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Seating will be available on a “first come, first served” basis starting at 4:30 p.m. Vendors will be on site selling food and refreshments. The annual Christmas Tree Lighting and Holiday Banner Display is co-sponsored by the Town and the local merchants during the Christmas season; located at the War Memorial Park and along Main Street.
