Bulk Trash Pickup

The Town sponsors three bulk trash pickup days. These days are reserved for large non-hazardous items like old chairs, appliances, etc. Bulk trash days are scheduled the third Saturday of March, July, and October. Residents should place bulk items curbside on the Friday evening before pickup. Please refrain from putting bulk items out on regular trash days - our trash collector will not pick them up except on the designated Bulk Trash dates.

 

We cannot pick up tires, paint, motors, items with freon, oil or other hazardous waste or construction materials.  Hazardous waste must be disposed of privately.  You may call Carroll County Landfill at 410-386-4550 or visit their website at https://www.carrollcountymd.gov/government/directory/public-works/solid-waste/ for questions concerning disposal of hazardous waste.
