RFB-Water Distribution System Improvements 2026

The Town of Hampstead invites bids on the labor, materials, and equipment to install temporary bypass water service system and construct the water lines on Old Field Lane, Hampshire Road, and Sunder Drive and properly abandon the two 1” water connections on Old Field Lane.

Sealed bids will be received at the Town of Hampstead Town Office, 1034 South Carroll Street, Hampstead, MD, until 2:00 PM prevailing time on Thursday, December 4, 2025. Bids received after the stated time will be returned unopened. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time.  Awarding of the contract shall take place at a regularly scheduled Town Council meeting.

A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10 AM Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at the Town of Hampstead Town Office where attendance is required for the entirety of the meeting.

The Town of Hampstead reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to accept or reject any or all bids, or waive any irregularities or informalities in any bid.
