RFB- Janitorial Services FY25-08

The Town of Hampstead invites bids for general building janitorial services. The Contractor will provide weekly cleaning services for: 

• Town Hall/Office, consisting of approx. 3,185 square feet, located at 1034 S. Carroll Street;
• Department of Public Works, consisting of approx. 1,320 square feet, located at 4031 Gill Ave.; and
• Police Department, consisting of approximately 3,640 square feet, located at 1112 S. Main Street Hampstead, MD.

 

The selected firm will be responsible for providing all the labor, materials (i.e., cleaning materials, trash bags, etc.), equipment and services necessary to perform the activities defined in the scope of work. The Town will provide its own consumables (i.e., toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, etc.)

 

Sealed bids will be received at the Town of Hampstead Town Office, 1034 South Carroll Street, Hampstead, MD, 21074 until 2:30 PM prevailing time on Thursday, February 7, 2025.  Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time.  Awarding of the contract will take place at a regularly scheduled Town Council meeting.

Bids received after the stated time will be returned unopened.

The Town of Hampstead reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to accept or reject any or all bids, or waive any irregularity or informality in any bid.
