Chief Sites Memorial Park offers a playground facility, walking path, picnic tables and skatepark area located on Lower Beckleysville Road.
Panther Park is located off of Dakota Road and Christopher Way and sports two ball diamonds, a multipurpose field, pavilion, picnic area, restrooms, a 3/4 mile walking trail and volleyball courts. There is also an interactive Neos game wall to provide a challenge for all ages! (The pavilion may be reserved for private functions; the rental fee is $75.00. There are 12 tables and 6 charcoal grills at the pavilion. There is no electricity. Please contact Town Office for reservation availability and information.)
Historic Hampstead Train Station has been restored as a museum and visitors’ center by the Hampstead Train Station Committee, Inc. and is located on Shiloh Avenue.

Lions Club Park is located off of Summit Street (off of Main Steet > Hillcrest Avenue and behind the Old School). This park has pavilions, a playground, and several ball fields. The Lions Club runs this park and handles pavilion reservations - they can be contacted via telephone at 920-474-5215 or email at hampsteadlions21074@gmail.com.
Main Street War Memorial Park hosts outdoor events throughout the year at the site of the downtown Veteran’s Memorial and historic old Hampstead Elementary School Building and is located at 1211 Main Street.
Melvin Miller Memorial Park offers two tennis courts, pickleball, and an all-purpose blacktop court and is located on Main Street near the northern railroad crossing.
North Carroll Branch of the Carroll County Public Library offers many resources including Internet access.
North Carroll Community Pond has picnic tables, a playground and a pond for fishing; ice skating allowed when weather conditions permit. Located off MD Rt. 30 near North Carroll Middle School.
North Carroll Senior Center provides activities, transportation and fund-raising activities for seniors.
Oakmont Green is an 18-hole PGA golf course located on Golf View Lane open to the public.
Oden Kemp Town Center Park sports a full basketball court and playground equipment and is located on Houck Avenue near the Municipal Parking Lot.
Roberts Field Pond is a large pond stocked for fishing and is located on North Woods Trail.
Sugar Maple Park has playground equipment including an obstacle course and swing play area. It is located on Sugar Maple Street.
