Online Payment System

 
The Town of Hampstead now offers an improved online payment system, making it easier and more convenient to pay your bills. Our new system allows you to:
 
  • Make one-time guest payments—no login required.
  • Create an account to securely store payment information for faster checkouts.
  • View your balance due for your property.
  • Add multiple properties to your account if you own more than one.
  • Schedule future payments to avoid missing a due date.
  • Set up AutoPay for hassle-free, on-time payments every billing cycle.
    • Customers enrolling in AutoPay must signup at least 10 days prior to the due date in order to be processed for the current billing cycle.  If registering for AutoPay within 10 days of the due date, AutoPay may not take effect until the next billing cycle.

 

 
Payments can still be made by mail, in person, and by phone. Please note, a 2.95% processing fee will apply to online credit card transactions, but eCheck payments will NOT have a processing fee.
 

Please ensure all checking account information entered is accurate before submitting your eCheck payment. Returned eChecks due to insufficient funds or incorrect account numbers will result in a $15.00 return check fee, which will be added to your account balance.
