The Town of Hampstead now offers an improved online payment system, making it easier and more convenient to pay your bills. Our new system allows you to:

Make one-time guest payments—no login required.
Create an account to securely store payment information for faster checkouts.
View your balance due for your property.
Add multiple properties to your account if you own more than one.
Schedule future payments to avoid missing a due date.
Set up autopay for hassle-free, on-time payments every billing cycle.

Payments can still be made by mail, in person, and by phone. Please note, a 2.95% processing fee will apply to online credit card transactions, but eCheck payments will NOT have a processing fee.
