Pay Your Water Bill Online

Please have your credit card information, your account number and bill amount ready.

 

Your account number is located in the upper left corner of your printed bill. Please enter your account number in the Customer ID field on the payment processing form. Please be sure to enter your Billing Address on the payment screen and not your service address.

For security reasons, your credit card company/bank must verify your billing address zip code.

You will receive an emailed receipt for your payment from Authorize.net (if an email address is entered).

 

PLEASE NOTE: Due to increasing credit card fees, we cannot accept credit card payments over $300. Any payments processed for $300 or more will be declined. If your water bill total is over $300, payment MUST be submitted via check or online bill pay. Multiple transactions under $300 for the same water bill will be declined. We apologize for any inconvenience.
